Worst treatment EVER!! Don't shop here! Worst than the worse car dealership! We were given a price quote on a bedroom set, I called to find out the whole total with tax and delivery so that we could order what we chose over the phone. We were so excited to get our bedroom; then to our shock, the total was $1000 HIGHER than our quote! Horrible Store I went to Ashley Furniture, to buy all my furniture for my new apartment. I spent over $1600 on a living room set. At first they ended up ordering me the wrong furniture and it took days to contact the Customer Service "specialist" to fix the solution. After she re-ordered me new ones I had to pay extra for the new ones even though it was their mistake. A few months after I moved my TV stand, to get to the cords, and the two back legs broke. Great Place to Shop If you want superior service and low pressure sales people, then you want Ashley Furniture. Ask for Andy Paris. He was our salesperson. Not only did he find furniture that fit our tastes, he also kept on top of our order after it was delivered and helped us work out a problem we had. I would highly recommend Andy Paris.
Excellent Service We were looking for several pieces of furniture and are not the type that want to be smothered while looking. Our sales associate, Nathan Bautista, was more than helpful but also let us browse everything we wanted to in our own time without harassing us. We found everything we needed for five rooms in our house. It was a very good experience.
Awesome experience! I absolutely love my new sofa and tables I just got from Ashley in Champaign. My sales person was really knowledgeable and it was nice to feel like your actually working with a trustworthy sales person for once. Not to mention I got a really great deal on all of my stuff. Sorry to those of you who had a bad experience, I didn't get that at all, everyone was courteous, polite and really helpful and the delivery team was great when they delivered everything.... 5 stars!
Mrs.LAY I went into ashley furniture and was greeted by a saleman. He helped me look for a kitchen table and bar stools for my kitchen. It was such a pleasant experience. I will purchase from nathan in the future.
GREAT Furniture Store! LOVED shopping here, my sales person was hilarious! Went there for a mattress... came out with a whole new bedroom. I love everything! The store is beautiful and they have some really great accessories at really cheap prices, they even beat Gordman's and TJMaxx prices. THey even individually wrapped each accessory for me when I left and when they delivered they even took my old mattress for free. I really like these guys!
'FORGET YOU" customer service I WOULD TELL MY FRIENDS: DON'T BUY HERE!!! The store had my money for more than 2 months prior to seeing any furniture. I purchased 3 rooms of furniture, totalling more than $8000. Each room had some damage (drawers that would not slide, marred table tops, chairs that were not assembled properly and rocked-and these were not 'rocking-chairs'); resulting in 1 hassle after another. wow. didn't think things could get any worse after the first time my furniture was delivered they broke the table while putting it together, scratched the brand new dressers and put a small hole in my wall. and then it did. the bed broke the first night we slept in it, and the store manager told me that i shouldn't expect furniture to "arrive in perfect condition". then he called me a liar and told me that i was exaggerating at the fact that his delivery people were incompetent. oh yeah, and the delivery was an hour and a ha... read more
