I’m so upset right now! I received a gift card for Christmas and when purchased it said no expiration date, it will never expire. Tried to use online couple of days ago says invalid! Called customer service spoke to a Dean and he tells me that I can only use in store will that would be great if I had a store near me. Their stupid website didn't show what I put in the cart, so I put the dress back in the cart and paid. To my disbelief it was purchased twice. I called customer service which sounded like it was a call center in Bangladesh, she lied that she would put a free return label in the extra dress' bag. LIES.. I didn't even get it. Looking online it is $10 to send back by UPS or drop off at store for refund. I ordered a online clearance item and I truly understand that its final sale !! But I was sent the incorrect Size with the correct size attached so I was told to return it to the Charlotte location on Ashley Drive the store manager was so Rude Fay D she told me she didn't care what customer service said she was not taking it back it doesn't cost anything to be kind to people Please Ashley Stewart do something about how your managers and employees treat customers.
