This is a wonderful store. The team here is great everyone is helpful. You walk in to look around if you want. You are going to be told about "TODAY'S SALE" and you gonna look good in that outfit.

I recently shopped at this location on Ashley Road in Charlotte, NC Store#356395 and there is a lady that works there who was and has always been rude to me since I've been a customer here for over 5 years just about now. I always shop here for my butterfly bras and maybe purchase other items. Never been a problem till now. I called to ask about a specific style a dress. I figured they didnt have it in store. The lady confirmed they did not. But insisted they had others like it. I told her I didnt have time to waste but she said that they did. I drove all the way over and there was nothing like that in the store. I feel she just wanted to try and get me out to the store because they had no business. Im so aggravated that my time was wasted. It was unfortunate. I didnt purchase anything.
