At the end of July my husband and I put our application in, keep in my husband is a veteran, and over the past 2 months we’ve been working with the VOA , Columbus housing authority, the VA and HUDVAH to get us into a more stable living situation since him being out of the military. Living here is very depressing the most nasty place in Columbus don't get fooled by the beautiful pictures you see me and my kid's been living with rats a year's with the promise of the office to help get rid of them unprofessional maintenance staff have work orders that hasn't been fix over a year took a year to get mailbox key apartment floods at least twice a year walk outside stepping over the homeless where they camp out at night when they can't get in the apartment next door that been unoccupied since I moved here dump... read more
My cousin has been a tenant since this facility was opened. For over 9 months she has reported and complained to multiple managers about mold in her unit because of the A/C units that sit on the roof directly above her bedroom. Absolutely nithing
