Excellent Service, trustworthy – I have had experience through my work with Ashley Svcs and they have ALWAYS been reliable, honest and very reasonably priced. Today, I had to call them for my home AC which was not working at all. Harry got someone out today. The man worked in my attic for an hour and half (with 95 degree heat outside) and repaired the AC. Unbelievable! :) I would highly recommend Ashley Services to anyone!

Best service I've had in Charleston so far – I moved to Charleston & had air conditioning problems in the first month. I asked my co-workers, new friends, & people at my church who I should call, and they all told me to call Ashley Services. A repairman was promptly sent to my house and the problem was solved. The fee was less than I would have paid in my former city. This is a very professional company and I am totally satisfied.

I am the owner of Ashley Services and I can assure you the poor review is not true. Our service charge is $90.00 not $110.00 as the author says and we don't charge anything if we cannot fix your unit. I have been in business for over 26 years and I can assure you my prices are generally below most reputable companies.

Service Charge very High – The guy that answers the phone is apparently the owner. He sent someone out to look at my system, told me it was broken, wanted a 40% higher price for the unit than anyone else. He then sent a bill for the service charge for 110.00. In my book he is too expensive. Is he worth the extra costs, who knows?
