DO NOT MOVE HERE! I'VE BEEN HERE FOR 3 YEARS NOW. MY FIRST YEAR WAS GOOD BUT AFTER THAT IT HAS BEEN THE WORST! THE ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY! HALLWAYS WALLS ARE DIRTY! ELEVATORS WORK FOR TWO MONTHS AT A TIME! FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAY I WOULD APPRECIATE A CLEAN BUILDING! THIS WILL BE MY LAST YEAR HERE THANK GOD!

The cost to live there is too high for me. I am a service connected veteran looking for affordable housing in a city where it no longer exists!! Then you got places that offer nothing being able to charge what the places that have everything charge!! That's not right at all why they allow them to charge so much and offer nothing in return for the high rent?? I am rewriting this review to say DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!! !!!!!!! They will gladly take your 150 dollars during the application process but you will never hear from them again. Mr. Jonathan might be overworked because everytime I asked him for an update on my application he said it was with compliance. Also, that he would call/email with an update.
