Ashley was phenomenal to work with from the start. Right away I felt comfortable with her and knew she was going to be a great agent to work with. We ended up with an 8 month long, two contracts, 4 appraisals and two lenders later finally at the closing table. Ashley over extended herself with her quick actions with the City and multiple parties involved to get us to closing. In the end both Seller and Buyer were happy regardless of our issues.
