Staff very friendly and warm. Staff greeted me and family members with me for appointment with personal.concerns and expressions. My needs were recognized and managed with explanation around plan of care related to symptoms presented.. My visit was pleasant.
Everyone was very professional.
The curbside service in the hospital room was unexpected. Normally when you miss a Doctor appointment you just get a couple asacurtoy texts or maybe a phone call tell you to not miss an appt again. Never before have I been hunted down. 😇 actually it was pleasant this way!
