The OB staff at ARMC is amazing! I have never felt more supported and loved by staff than when I delivered my baby girl here.
In most cases the ER is very good,.but in the case of Bruce Daniel in ER he's so busy with his hands down his pants covering his ass I don't want him touching me if he would even attempt to try helping someone. It's a terrible thing to see a man give up all common sense for policy and procedure. He's pathetic..
OK - I don't vent on here very often - but I am pissed! A couple weeks ago my son Wes hurt his shoulder playing softball. Of course he doesn't have insurance - it was cancelled two days before his injury. We went to the emergency room. They took some x-rays and sent him on his way - We weren't even in there for an hour. I figured the bill would be around $600 to $800. Well a week later we received a bill that was $1,579!!!! That was absolutely ridiculous!!! My husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl yesterday morning and the staff has been AMAZING.
The people are so polite and caring. Has always made me comfortable. Dr Lewis and his office personal are wonderful. I have to give them 5 stars. We will miss Dr Lewis when he retires. He took very good care of me doing and after my colon surgery. Thank you ever so much for the wonderful care Dr Lewis. You are very much appreciated �
Dr Catten is amazing!! Thank you for taking care of my little man yesterday. I don't remember the nurses name, but she was the director of same day surgery, she was exceptional!! I'm glad she was there taking care of my boy.
