RecommendedI used to hate this place. they've earned every bit of my 5 stars. They were incredible with my elderly mom. Every visit was so professional, yet still kind. I am here now with some type of serious back injury. I have been treated with so much empathy and kindness. I know this is a small town hospital and they are somewhat limited on what they can do, but I feel like they are amazing at what are able to help with. I'm happy we have this resource in the vernal area.

UPDATED... Someone from Ashley Regional called me after seeing my review. They looked up my account and explained to me that the $260 for the doctor was because alot of doctors are contracted out. I did appreciate the representative who called to explain this to me. He apologized for the miscommunication that the $700+ we paid already was the only bill. I get that there is some crazy stuff going on with COVID-19 but I am not leaving my wife in the waiting room while I am in the emergency room. Not only that but when I tried to explain the woman just yelled over the top of me NO NO. I am not going to put my life in the hands of such a belligerent and rude person. Roosevelt is only 30 minutes away and they can do the same CT scan I needed.

Well they didn’t catch my husbands colon cancer. We had to go to St. Louis to find it and that point it was stage 4 and the drs there wanted to know what kind of drs were treating him. Obviously not very good ones.
Thank you to the amazing ER staff who took care of us, this weekend in the wee hours of the morning. Both the little doll and I are doing amazingly well. Thank you again 😊
the nurses I had when I delivered my daughter didn't give two craps about me or my baby. one specifically said your baby doesn't look good, never called the doctor and now my daughter has a birth/labor related disability, she sat there and let my baby continue to decell down into the 30s, while my babies practically dying, she had HIE a lot of her brain is dead and she's going to struggle for the rest of her life because of a lady that doesn't care or like her job
