I saw Dr. Rawls on March 15, 2024 after driving six hours with my mom, hoping for thorough care. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and felt negligent. She took over a month to enter the notes from my visit and failed to order any of the referrals she promised — including genetic counseling, an updated MRI, a DAT scan renewal, and a neuropsychological assessment.
