I had a really bad experience with this company. First, we made an appointment, but they never showed up. Then, I gave them another chance. I received an email from my sister saying that the neighbor noticed water coming into the front yard. They followed it and realized it was from the pool. So, very unexperienced. I'm not sure if they have too much work, but they are very unprofessional and I'm not happy whatsoever. So, heads up, my friends. I see that they have five stars, but I'm not sure how. Very knowledgeable and dedicated man who takes pride in his business. He leaves my pool week after week blue and crystal clear with no debris, even after storms or major parties I can call for follow up service and he’s always there.
