I love living here! Maintenance and the office are quick to help you solve any issues or answer any questions. It's a very lovely space in a great location. I plan to live here for years and years to come. It is also very affordable in comparison to other complexes around. I absolutely love it here!
My smoke detector started leaking water, I called the emergency maintenance line and he was here almost immediately. The issue is fixed other then the hole in the ceiling, which he said he'd fix once the ceiling is dry again. Great work, fast, and attentive
Do people intentionally try to make things more difficult? Or do they just not know how to do their job correctly? As if dealing with insurance companies all day at work wasn’t enough of a headache. I then get the wonderful liberty of finding out from my apartment complex there’s been an issue with my Center Pointe account since APRIL… what a day!
