The most incompetent manager. They go through a third party to verify your income that only accepts a certain type of document. I told her that I didn’t know how to save the document the way the system wants, so she told me to send her all of my documents. I do so, then receive an email a few days later stating they are unable to verify my income and my application got denied, which is complete bs when I work for a very well known healthcare company for the past 5 years. Unfortunately my partner and I currently live here and are stuck in a lease for another 9 months. Upon moving in (in april) our AC was broken and took 2-3 weeks to fix. We had and are still dealing with a roach infestation. Parking is god awful. The maintenance lady is weird and I swear to god I saw her banging the mailboxes with a hammer at 9pm for a solid hour for who knows what! Pool is nasty and people let their dogs run wild with no leashes. Management is erratic and takes forever to deal with issues that should be high... read more

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. They’re the worst since switching to this new company. The complex manager is very rude. She has put notices on most if not all , that make no sense. No apologies when she is in the wrong. Please save yourself the time and headache , DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
