Ericka is so nice and professional, she is really knowledgeable and a kind person.
I had a tour today with Esmeralda, if I’m remembering her name correctly, and she showed me a beautiful one-bedroom apartment. The layout was amazing, and the apartment has so much potential. Esmeralda provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel welcome throughout the tour. She also introduced me to the manager, Erica, and explained that they are actively working on improving the property’s landscaping. These apartments are trash lady’s at the office don’t know how to be professional or polite in anyway or form Ericka Esmeralda aida are horrible front office manager and employees always making up new rules and making up excuses they also claim I don’t live at the property and tried to kick me off property this is unacceptable behavior they need to learn to keep they’re cool always yelling at the tenants to leave the pool instead of having people come and fix our maintenance problems they rather hold grudges against people w... read more

What a terrible experience I had when I went to inquire about the apartments. They make you wait for a very long time, and there is nowhere to sit, as all the seats are occupied by children sleeping in them. When my turn finally came, the women were extremely rude and condescending. I will not be returning to this property.
