Nice place, I’ll be moving in this September, but I was kind of put off by the fact that they used AI to schedule their tours. Only reason I say this is because when we got there to do a tour, they didn’t have a place for us to tour! And then when they reached back out to ask us about the tour, you could clearly tell it was AI! It’s off putting because that really wasn’t a great first impression for a place we will be moving into in two months. Yesterday I visited the office fairly late in the afternoon to do an apartment tour, and when we found out the apartments were out of my price range, Bethany did everything in her power to research and recommend other apartments for me within our budget and the area. I have never had an apartment manager be so willing to go out of her way to help a not future resident, and I just want to say thank you
I’ve had a great experience living at Ashley Place Apartments. The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. The maintenance team is responsive and does an excellent job. The property is well-maintained, clean, and pleasant to live in. I truly appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making this a great community.
