The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were upfront with treatments and costs. The friendliness and transparency. Everyone was outstanding.
I’ve been bringing my dog here for the past few months due to ongoing ear infections, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. At the first visit, they treated his ear and it improved temporarily, but the issue returned within about a month. I was told to come back for a recheck, but was surprised to be charged a full exam fee (nearly $100) just to be seen, not including any testing, medication, or treatment. Ashley Pines Animal Hospital is wonderful! They were able to see our dog almost immediately. We had to change vets due to a misdiagnosis. The staff is kind and professional. I highly recommend them.
