Good service, but overpriced
Upon our first visit, it seemed wonderful. Very transparent with pricing from tech and Dr. We discussed his mini breed and agreed that 12 months old would be ideal for neuter. Dropped off fecal sample on follow up (also found ear infection at first appt). He tested positive for something else and I picked up medication. Front staff, not exactly knowledgeable about med when I asked about side effects, response: "Well, if something happens, give us a call". Great place, staff very pleasant and friendly, they really care about your pet, You take the time with your patients, No one person, everyone I talk to showed a positive attitude and very pleasant,
It was clear right away that this team truly cares about their clients, we had a wonderful experience from their front office person was so knowledgeable, as was Chris the vet tech, and the doctor was very kind. Thankful to everyone for taking such great care of Ranger!
