We called Ashley P and asked if they do nail trims as we had just moved and our pups's dew claws needed trimming. We got appt that day @ 10 a.m. Lots of info was taken and we waited and waited and...well, 50 mins later met the Dr? Doctor??? He needs his nails trimmed! But at Ashley Pines you have to be seen by a Dr first. I explained that he had his annual/shots 4 mos. prior..I brought the paperwork! Again, they had to give him a full exam..what? We’ve been taking our dog to see Dr. Winney at Ashley Pines since not long after they first opened up. They have always been kind, caring, and helpful during our annual appointments and with anything else that has come up over the years. Most recently, our dog had an emergency that required surgery that same day. We are beyond thankful for the care she received from Dr. Winney, Savannah, Jennie, Dr. Lavallee, and everyone else who helped take such good care of her!

This place is, in my opinion, an absolute rip off. I brought in two dogs for routine vaccines and ended up paying $215 per dog for just three vaccines. To make matters worse, because I had two dogs, I was required to pay for both office visits before I even walked through the door. By the time I realized how expensive everything was, I had already paid the exam fees and felt like I had no choice but to continue.
