Arrived for my son's appointment early. Drove around 30 minutes to get there. Was checking in and was told I was not listed on the screen as a parent. Was told I had to show court documents stating I was my son's gaurdian. I have had full custody since he was born, even had his sss on me and his medical card. I even pleaded with them to call the court house to verify I was mom. My 15 year old son even asked if he was to put his dad on the phone to state he did not have guardianship. Dr. Merrick is amazing with both my kiddos and she has a great team of nurses behind her. She always answers any questions or concerns with knowledgeable information. I wouldn't want to take my kids any where else.
