We booked at intake appointment, and had to reschedule due to our children being sick. We gave as much notice as we could (albeit we had to cancel same day) and tried to reschedule, but we were charged $100 cancellation fee. We were brand new potential clients just trying to see if this practice would be a good fit for us.
