We really love this clinic. They are typically very responsive and are helpful. They are even pretty good with walk ins and answering phones. I would say the only complaint is the layout when entering, there’s only one window open and the line tends to form awkwardly towards the door and people are just having to walk around each other when entering to see the dr even though there’s two windows and two doors available. It’s a bit awkward.
I had a very disappointing experience with ASHLEY PEDIATRICS DAY & NIGHT CLINIC and Dr. Sarojini Bose’s office. I requested a referral for my daughter and was told it would take about one week. I waited patiently for a week and a half, only to be told it was still not ready. After waiting almost 3 weeks, the receptionist suddenly told me they could not make the referral because “the doctor was not my daughter’s doctor.” This makes absolutely no sense considering we have been going to this clinic for years. This has to be the worst place to bring your child. Horrible and rude the staff is. Will never go there again .
