I cannot say enough about this incredible team! We worked with Megan Ballage to purchase our new home in Jeff City and are currently working with Ashley Pederson to sell our home in Columbia. We could not have LOVED our experience working with Dave and his team any more. From start to finish, Dave made us feel like a #1 priority and worked for us every step of the way. Our home selling/buying was a little chaotic with winter storms and crazy closing day struggles but Dave made sure I was at ease every step of the way. We really appreciated the emails that assisted us in the "What's Next" and "How-to's. If we ever move again (hopefully not haha!), we will absolutely be giving Dave and his team a call.
