Great Place Ashley Oaks is one of the best places I have lived at. Amazing neighbors, quite at night, and easy to get in and out of. When I put in a maintenance request, they are fast to respond and the staff is always helpful. Awesome landlord too.

2yr resident not renewing lease During my two years living here I've had safety issues like my car being broken into and a literal BULLET shot in my 2nd bedroom window in the night. The apartments are old, so things break and maintenance will do anything to avoid fixing them. I didn't have AC for all of summer 2021 because maintenance gave excuses blaming the issue on a "hot summer". The landscaping is poor, and thistle has overtaken the entire flowerbed outside. Property managers are never around and don't return phone call... read more
