Fantastic doctor. We went in for a first consult. She took about an hour to do an exceptionally thorough examination of our kiddo. Told us to get in touch if our kid experienced pain again. A few weeks later, kiddo was experiencing some pain. We got in touch with Dr. Stanley-Copeland again. She was immediately responsive while on vacation, spoke to our kiddo's pediatrician, who was also extremely impressed by her and ordered a test in very short order. Called while on way to appointment to tell me appointment was canceled and that could do video. Pulled over waited about 30 min she never logged in. Went home over 2 hours later got call asking if I still had time for appointment. Now because I posted this prior the whole office is postponing results for my sons test not calling for follow up appointments or never schedules them I have had to call and request results they squeeze us in when they can and now my son has had a skin biopsy a month ago and still awaiting results ... read more
Ashley Copeland was very nice and professional and I appreciate she remembers she’s dealing with kids and made us feel comfortable and gave an update on our situation.
