Great realtor and would recommend her anyone selling or buying!! As for the comment below from @Caseypatyk Ashley Moody literally found the buyer and had it under contract before the professional pictures were posted. And you cleared way more on this transaction than you would have ever thought. And I always thought commission was based on something pre agreed to and the selling price of the property. Stop biting the had that is still feeding you.
Absolutely would not recommend. I did most of the work myself, paid out of pocket for the listing photos, and still received zero flexibility on an inflated, above market commission. Despite the property selling at a significantly above average price. Her justification was essentially that she deserved more because we made more, which speaks for itself.
