She delivered my baby in February as my midwife was out due to a family emergency. This made me very anxious, but these fears were completely unfounded. She was AMAZING!! Very patient with me despite my hysterics. Very understanding of my birth plans and was VERY skilled in helping me stay true to my birth plan despite me wavering near the end. I am VERY grateful for this. Without going into too much detail…10/10 would recommend her as an OB in the delivery setting.
Dr. Monk gave us exceptional care when I birthed our son. She was kind, very patient with the birth progression, knowledgeable, and actually listened when I told her how I wanted the birth/ post birth to go. She let me feel “in charge” of our birth story (as far as no medical interventions were necessary). We are so grateful for her care and service.
Was given false information that i could been seen was told no No information on here stating she only works with high risk pregnant women only! Seems dr doesnt want to deal with my current health concerns simce im not pregnant. The reception was nice but seems like dr cant be bothered.

I’m actually surprised at the other two reviews on her stating she is knowledgeable and friendly. I visited her for a wellness exam and cycle control. She asked me what bc I used to use, blindly wrote me a script, was not friendly at all (actually very cold and flippant), and didn’t seem to care about the concerns I brought to her attention.
