Made an appointment through “zocdoc” no one answered me it took my personal information when I was seeking serious mental health help scheduled me an appointment and then canceled on me hours later after waiting for the appointment. You are supposed to be helping people not making the problem worse. No one even told me why it was canceled I was sent a text. Horrible communication especially for mental health.
