Dr. Matthews is excellent - kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled.
My daughter (12) had to switch dermatologist after the one she had seen retired, we had exhausted all other acne treatments (oral and topical). My daughter was very scared about accutane, specifically the blood draws. Hi, I've just been seen by Dr. Ashley Mathews, dermatologist at Pinnacle Dermatology. If you ever need a dermatologist for checking on suspicious moles or rashes or cysts or any other reason, please do give her office a call. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. Absolutely no bedside manner at all! She was the RUDEST physician I have ever been around. Asking questions was a problem for her, she was defensive and abruptly snappy. I had genuine concerns about medication for my daughter’s care. I understand that she was not starting the medication today and that it would be next month, I can not guarantee that I would be present at her follow up.
