Professional and timely
UPDATE: I’ve been reaching out both online and via phone for a refil on my prescription, and they’re sending me in circles with no help. For two weeks I’ve requested a refill and have tried to schedule a virtual appointment to get a refill and the site doesn’t work. When I call I’m put on hour long holds or being told I’ll get a call back but no one ever calls back. Very unprofessional and a complete flip from my initial visit.
