The Administrator, Gigi is an amazing administrator. She is an experienced administrator and knows the ins-and-outs of this industry. She has received a perfect survey from the state for meeting regulations, which is unheard of. She does a great job ensuring residents are safe, happy, and receive adequate care. I had one of my dear friends at Ashley Manor in Aurora for 3 years and they took great care of her. Jorgi is the head caregiver and had always made me feel like my friend was special and well taken care of. The entire staff always made me feel that way. It was an honor to have my friend spend her final days in such caring and loving hands. I would highly recommend Ashley Manor to anybody.
