Ashley was able to understand my need and finish the makeup/hair on time with good quality. But she was late for my appointment and didn't have the right attitude when I asked for a discount because I had been waiting for 40 minutes. Yes, the previous client was late, but that was not my problem, and Ashley could've arranged the appointment better to avoid situations like this.
