they charge you for office visit even if you go there for your annual visit and they are not transparent about it. please don’t visit northwestern for annual preventive visit.
Dr. DiSipio is a great physician. However, every time I go for an annual exam, her office adds extra or incorrect codes to billing, resulting in additional charges for what should be 100% covered services under insurance. I would give the doctor’s services 5 stars, but I cannot recommend her office unless you want to spend hours and hours on the phone after each visit trying to understand and dispute charges.
