Ashley promised more than he delivered. The reason we chose him is that he is a Dave Ramsey preferred agent. We did most of the work to determine areas of interest. He found & showed us one house; we requested to see the rest. His very young, inexperienced assistant showed us those homes. But the most disturbing part of this experience was after 5 showings we were given a stumbling, very awkward speech in an attempt to communicate that if we weren't ready to make an offer, we didn't know what we wanted or we were looking in ... read more
Ashley is fairly knowledgeable about the market. However his follow through and orientation to detail are lacking. In selling our home missed a number of milestones and wasn't available during the last couple of days before close. Took our home much longer to sell than other homes in our neighborhood and well below what others received as well.
Top notch group!!! Hard working! Recommend to anyone!!
