Called to make an appointment for my step sister, set up a date and time with their call center. Was told my appointment was at 10:30, i arrived to the office at 10:30 to be informed my appointment was actually at 10:15 and since I was "late" I had to reschedule. When I asked how it was put in wrong, I was informed that a call center in the Philippines is who takes the appointments for them. My husband went as a new patient to get a new PCP she was so very caring and noticed his blood pressure was extremely high and sent him straight to ER she explained everything to us knowing we was very nervous and scared. She’s not only a DR but she shows she REALLY CARES!! Also let me mention we called around looking for a good DR for him and EVERYONE AROUND couldn’t get us in until around August but they got us right in! Thank you so much for caring!! ❤️
