This guy is great. Contacted him on Friday at 5 pm on a Holiday weekend. Was 84 degrees in the home. Fan was blowing warm air. He was there by 8 (he was on another service call) and fixed the problem. What he charged me was exceptional. Anybody else would have charged double. He was knowledgeable, courteous. And I enjoyed talking with him. I know who I will call from now on!
After hours call was answered quickly. Technician arrived at the address within 30 minutes. Estimate given and work completed within one hour. Prompt, courteous, professional service.
Was provided an estimate and subsequent installation, in no time at all. In less than 48 hours, I went from a dead heat pump to nice cool air pouring through my vents! Replacing a heat pump last minute is stressful enough, let these guys make it easy for you. Thanks again!!
We recently purchased a new HVAC system from Ashley Services. Damion installed the unit and we are very pleased. He was professional and kind.
