I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After purchasing a bed and mattress, I specifically asked before leaving if everything was included, especially the assembly, and I was told yes. The next day, I received a call informing me that the specific items I purchased did not include assembly. I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I had paid. Me and my wife bought our modular couch through 2 visits over a year, and both experiences have been great. Great customer service, and willingness to look for deals and help fit what works for us. Not just to make us spend more money. Good recommendations and been loving our couch.
