The staff and manager at the Kamloops store were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a few issues with me measuring wrong and they worked me with me so the furniture would fit into my space. Sales staff were always friendly and helpful - not pushy. Delivery team were very polite and professional.They set up my furniture very quickly and left my place with all cardboard or plastic not needed. I definitely would shop there again.
