Bought almost 10000$ of furniture here for an air bnb. Extreme low quality. I had to get my tools out and ad fasteners and pull night tables into square so drawers would work. Took 6 weeks to get missing parts. When I picked up items they were portly wrapped for shipping and a couple items had no padding just cardboard. They didn’t help me load them. First and last time buying anything at Ashley Furniture. Especially this store.
We purchased a double loveseat sectional from Ashley Furnature. Ricky was great to work with. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Never pushy. Excellent customer service.
Paul assisted us in buying bunk beds and loading them on our truck. Super helpful and courteous; would definitely come back.
