Overpriced lower quality furniture
Great experience while shopping for new furniture; our salesperson Fadia was entirely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and individuated the choices to our specific needs. Follow up with other staff was equally great. The management at Ashley should be proud of their staff. We were also shown made-in-Canada options which I found inspiring, especially given the quality I was previously unaware of in the Canadian manufacturing industry. Canadian owned and operated. Good choice of furniture and styles. Friendly staff who are good problem solvers. No ‘closer’ model (commission + upselling. Was surprised by the art selection—felt like furniture shopping AND a trip to the art gallery. It inspired me to take photos. Highly recommended.
Shopping here was great. They helped me find what I needed and I felt no pressure. Definitely will be back!!!
