Extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. I was told in-store I could return furniture for a full refund if there were any issues or if pieces didn’t fit. When it arrived, multiple pieces were damaged right out of the box. Despite this, I was told I’d be charged a 10% restocking fee, something never mentioned at the time of purchase. Even when the sales associate encouraged me to buy pieces I was unsure would be a good fit, they reassured me not to worry because I could get a full refund, which thankfully I did not do. It was a great experience . Arman was the sales person who helped me and he was knowledgeable showed me Different options and no pressure at all.
For a dinning set that cost almost 5k, Ashley HomeStore delivered damaged items. They took it back for repair. After a week, they delivered 'more' damaged item and took it back again. They are taking their time 'investigating' what happened while I don't know when they will deliver. Good at making a sale but "Terrible" service. Rose was able to resolve this issue.
