***Update. Four months after this review Ashley's has never replied to my complaint. I guess protecting lazy and unprofessional employees is in your DEI handbook? I'll get right to it. The service we experienced from the delivery guys was downright pathetic. These guys had some chip on their shoulder the second they walked into my house to not even muster a hello, goodbye, please, or thank you. No smile or eye contact. I only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. DO NOT shop at Ashley Furniture...I repeat, DO NOT shop here unless you really really really like what you want to buy and intend on keeping what you buy forever. If you had to pay for the promises and words of your sales agent, I would be a millionaire today!. They promised me 5 days to receive all the products. I placed an order for 7 thousand dollars and 45 days have passed and I still have not received my entire order. It's just a shame that your service is like this. It's really a shame.
