The worst ‘after purchase’ service ever experienced. Once they have your money there is zero customer service. Purchase recliner April 23, 2026 - delivery May 2 and on delivery date we noticed small scratch on the upper left cushion. Reported to drivers they took a picture of it said they would submit. Within 48 hours we called Ashleys since no one had called us. They were quite surprised to hear that there was a scratch on the Recliner Cushion..
