I purchased a love seat and chair just after covid from Ashley Furniture, had a couple of issues after delivery but they came out to north bay and fixed my issues. Could not ask for better service. But wait the best part to come. Recently the recliner handle wire broke on my side. A week later they were out and replaced it. Such nice service people. The delivery guys are horrible they smashed in our wall when delivering a couch and then processed to lie to there boss saying we said it was fine that they did damages after we just spent thousands of dollars to finish our basement . They than gave us a bullshit offer of 150 so we could get the walls fixed which won't even cover the paint. They caused 600 in damages as they did damage to 4 walls. the walls had to be mudded and re painted. This is not a professional company. They will never get my business again.
