No way Went in to look for a wall unit. Found the perfect one. Sales lady informed me the whole unit just not the t.v. We all giggled alittle but it was a nice t.v. Went to pick up the unit, had alittle conversation with the gentleman helping us load as to the unit with the fireplace. Was told the fireplace was sold separately...Very disappointed then was told I could buy the fireplace for 500.00 when the tag on the fireplace was just over 300....nice try Ashley...then waited over 3 hours for my refund....This is way people ... read more
Wilson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! My life has thrown me some unexpected adversity and I find myself living in an apartment. I purchased a love seat and chair just after covid from Ashley Furniture, had a couple of issues after delivery but they came out to north bay and fixed my issues. Could not ask for better service. But wait the best part to come. Recently the recliner handle wire broke on my side. A week later they were out and replaced it. Such nice service people. Then a month later the other side broke and they are coming out next week to replace it. I have to tell you their service is unbeatable. I can't say enough wonderful things about... read more
