beware of the extra warranty they sell you! You will NOT get a replacement piece when it clearly lands within their descriptions and also when they DO agree the piece failed. they will make multiple repairs until you have a "better" looking piece of crap. Just Beware - I just paid for the extra warranty on couches i just got becau... read more
The staff at Ashley's went above and beyond to help with my sofa purchase.
My delivery based on 1 to 5 on Ryan was a 10 he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me. He unpacked everything. He took akk garbage away. He was personable. She was absolutely amazing at the Lethbridge location. She was patient. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely recommend Ashley furniture to other ... read more
Had a great experience shopping today at Lethbridge Ashley store. Kelsey was very professional, listened to what we needed and found the perfect piece to complement our couch. We will be back.
Was promised a free TV with the purchase of a sofa and loveseat at the beginning of August… now mid-October and have called 7 times and nobody knows who is handling the promotion or where to get the TV or any kind of time frame. Would give zero stars if I could. Zero customer service skills and essentially stole the value of a TV from me as I would have bought a less expensive set had I not been promised a TV.
