Great experience from start to delivery. Sara has been extremely responsive and took great care of us, organizing the delivery with our availability. We had to exchange one element of furniture and Sara made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this store and if you can get Sara to help you out, all the better!
Giant orchids to Derek at Ashley furniture!!! We ordered our couch August 16th and was told that the couch was not going to be delivered until the second week of November we were pleasantly surprised when I got a text saying it was gonna be delivered on Saturday, October 11. The delivery people got there before the window and were very nice and prompt. I just bought a couch and it was delivered today. The twins were helpful in moving my furniture to the other room and were patient with us old people. They were amazing and I thank them so much.
Walked in and was immediately greeted by a welcoming smile from David… he showed me around the store and I walked past a very kind lady named Julie who also said hello. I was interested in a bedroom set that an employee Emely was showing her customer and her presentation of the product was incredible. My sales guy David asked me a question I haven’t been asked ever “how do I sleep at night”?
