Worst customer service ever! My couch is horrible and they will do nothing about it! I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone! Furniture is horrible!
Go in and ask for Abbie! She was amazing. We didn't feel forced to buy something we hated and are looking forward to getting our furniture delivered
Cheaply made table that cost over $2000. Had warranty and keep sending the wrong thing 3 times now and costumer service is the worst and keep saying they will have a manager call back after being on hold for 20 min. No call back from manager. Also they keep sending our stuff to our old address even though they made the initial delivery to my new house. Just the absolute worst all around. I will be getting rid of my CC with them that’s for sure.
On April 21 of this year I received wonderful service from Barbara Pocius..She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. I thank Ashley for hiring such a great employee. I writing this while sitting on my beautiful and comfortable sofa. Thank you Barbara!
Bought a great living room set! So excited for it to arrive:) Lorena was very helpful and patient while I picked out all my pieces. Very friendly and sweet girl!
Austin helped us and we loved that he wasn't pushy and let us roam and JUST answered questions as we went along. In the end we were able to purchase the furniture we we were hoping to and get it delivered around our schedule.
We had a terrible sectional purchase turned into a very positive re-purchased sectional. Thanks to the amazing service by Maria at Ashley’s off of Monterey. We will be back often thanks to her patience and friendly personality. Well done Ashley’s. Give Maria a raise!
