I will absolutely never shop here again! Not only has it been taking over a month to deliver my couch they missed the deadline to deliver it and cannot make it.. my husband took off work to make it today for them to deliver when I voiced my concerns the dispatcher was not empathetic she told me either get the couch tomorrow or when it’s convenient to them now... I spent $200 on shipping for a couch I can’t even use! I received an email previously that my couch wouldn’t be shipped due to billing when they froze my checking ac... read more

UPDATE: Was told couches would be in, in 2 weeks, then got an update that they be in within 7-10 days.. I had to call on the 11th day, just to find out that the couches have been sitting in their warehouse & a delivery has still not been scheduled. When I finally receive a call back, I’m told they’re not able to get them to our house for another 4 days. ( they do not deliver weekends ) Poor communication between the store... read more
