Was greeted by Tracy when we walked through the doors. She asked us what we were looking, we said we needed a mattress. We explained we wanted a gel mattress. Right away she took us to the mattresses and was extremely knowledgable with the products she was presenting us. Thank you Tracy for giving us one of the best customer service experiences. Greatly appreciated.

Was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Showed item that I was wanting to purchase and was shown the sofa immediately and told about the specifics of the sofa. Was in and out of the store with a purchase within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend Ashley’s for any furniture.
