I've boarded my dog many times...never has she come home with pressure sores, let alone after 3 days of boarding. I was told they only provide bedding for elderly boarders (website says in two locations that they provide comfortable bedding to all boarders) and that if I wanted my dog to be comfortable I would have brought my own bedding...She also came home with a little bit of a bloody nose and was told there was nothing they could have don't to prevent that. Our dogs love this place! It's nice to leave them in a place that you feel truly cares for your pets!
They took wonderful care of my three dogs over Labor Day weekend.
I visited the facility on a friend's recommendation. Impressed with the people and overall look of the facility, I took Sixpence in for a half-day and then a full day of daycare. Having a few training issues that I wanted addressed for my heeler, I scheduled a consultation with Ashley. Sixpence immediately gravitated to him. Ashley listened to my concerns and then suggested an ecollar. I made the decision to have Sixpence introduced to working with the ecollar correctly, and scheduled him for the initial training.
