I have had an Ashley air conditioning and Heating unit in my Sunroom for 10 years and it finally stopped working due to no fault of its own. I didn’t set up a plan for periodic cleaning, which is actually why it gave out. I purchased another one with the cleaning plan because it worked 100% without fail for 10 years, which makes it worth buying again.
I called Ashley Heating & Air to check my dad’s and mom’s A/C. They were on there way back from the hospital and Colton came out and went through the entire system and found it low on charge. He charged it up so they will be comfortable until the system can be replaced. I myself am an HVAC technician so I know now how it feels first hand to have a technician go above and beyond. Thank you Ashley and especially a big thank you to Colton.
