Came into the office for anxiety and insomnia. Both something I have had for many years. I have tried a lot of different meds that have had the opposite effect in very severe ways. I expressed my concerns and was talked over and basically told I was wrong. As I was explaining everything I started to get anxious and was fidgeting she replied “Don’t be anxious”…….my whole appointment was for anxiety.
