Ashley Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job! Matched our 26 year old hardwoods perfectly. David and Jordyn were wonderful to work with, coordinating each process. From demo to resetting the furniture, Chris and John were great. Rico was absolutely amazing installing the hardwoods and O’Neil did a great job matching the color.
I am excited to update this review when we get home to see our floors, but I have been so impressed with the professionalism of Ashley hardwoods that I wanted to leave a review now because this kind of customer service is so rare. Great experience! Jordyn and Tom were very responsive, punctual, and did exactly what they explained; exceeded expectations. We had our floors refinished with darker stain and we are very happy with the results.
Ashley Hardwood Flooring did an incredible job repairing some damage to our hardwood floor. They have the ability and experience to make 20+ year old hardwood floors look brand new.
