Ashley Hall consistently has a very patient-centric, personable approach to caring for me when I’m there. She takes the time to hear my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything. I moved here from a place where I had been with the same private doctor for years. I was nervous about using a practitioner within a large organization like Baptist, but she has always made it feel like a private practice with the care she gives.
Everything from making a sick appointment to checkout was great. The nurses were nice and Ashley somehow figured out what to do to help me feel better. I really haven’t had the energy to do anything. The next day after taking the prescribed medication I have actually had the energy to clean. I love Primary Care!
