they say newly renovated NOT! their idea of newly renovated is changing some door handles. They charged me for a newly renovated one and its not. Do not let the fancy pics they have on their website fool you they seriously are not that nice. They have one maintenance man for the whole complex so nothing really gets fixed, or if it does it falls apart in two days. The management team is alright. They are pretty friendly, however this place is way over priced. They put new carpets down and slapped some paint on the wall to make it look nice. The apartment quickly revealed all of the problems that maintenance should have fixed. Our dishwasher started spewing brown water that smelled like rotten eggs. Maintenance came in to fix it , but it ended up happening twice after that. The dish washer also did not clean the dishes at all.
