Went to this estate sale and found a cool bottle but it was full of olive oil. Seeing that there was no other way to dispose of the oil, I poured it down the sink. One of the Vintage girls flipped out and yelled at me. I handed it to her to dispose of it "properly".. Seconds later, I turn around to see her pouring it down the sink too!!! Needless to say, what a bad experience this was! You should be finding a solution, and not just being rude to your customers. Maybe you should DO as you SAY, not do as I DO!!!
RecommendedExceptional company. The staff is very professional and helpful. Prices are quite fair. They stand out as an estate sale company due to their customer service. I am not a regular, nor would they have recognized me. I forgot a basket full of items in the hold area at a recent sale. Without knowing me or if I would be back they held it for me. I was back the next day and there it was waiting for me. This type of service is unheard of, and greatly appreciated. They have gained a follower due to their exceptional service.

I have been to many many estate sales but the Vintage Girls are always the nicest. The house is organized and clean and the help is always pleasant and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

The vintage girls were very attentive answering questions and offering suggestions. I found several beautiful pieces at a bargain price. I will definitely be back!!

It took me 1 1/2 hrs to get there. I arrived at 3:51pm. I have a physical disability preventing me from walking. There was no parking so we had to park next door making it a longer walk for me. I made it to the door, customer walks out, they LOCK THE DOOR in me and my husband face. I'm in pain hutched over and still pushed my way to get there only to be rudely dismissed as if we didn't have the ability to buy up the whole store if we wanted (I'm a wealthy business owner and looking to design my new office). I am so sorry for this happening to you and I will be talking with all of my employees immediately about this. As for the parking, there is nothing that we can do about it, as there is only 5 total parking spaces for the front building. This is how the business was when we got there. The parking has made it difficult, and again, if we could do anything about it, we would, but there are no other options.
